I'm Jason. In 2018 I built a pool and started a swim school with 15 students and a diary. When the spreadsheets broke, every existing "swim school software" assumed I had 100+ students and an enterprise budget.
So I combined that hands-on experience with 30 years in IT and built the system we actually needed. Whether you teach 5 students or 500, you get the complete swim-school feature set — from £25/month +VAT.

Outside the UK, the setup wizard has regional settings for Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United States and South Africa, which set your currency and date format.
ClassBase is a flat monthly fee, starting at £25/month +VAT for up to 150 students. We don't take a percentage of your payments, and we don't charge per student. Plans step up by school size, every plan includes the complete swim-school feature set, and optional add-ons such as Private Hire are priced separately.
