Software shaped by the work itself.

I'm Jason. In 2018 I built a pool and started a swim school with 15 students and a diary. When the spreadsheets broke, every existing "swim school software" assumed I had 100+ students and an enterprise budget.

So I combined that hands-on experience with 30 years in IT and built the system we actually needed. Whether you teach 5 students or 500, you get the complete swim-school feature set — from £25/month +VAT.

Does ClassBase support GoCardless Direct Debit?

Yes. ClassBase has native GoCardless integration — not a third-party bolt-on. Collect termly fees via Direct Debit, manage parent mandates through the portal, and automatically trigger DD setup when a waiting list place is offered.

Does ClassBase support private pool hire booking?

Yes. ClassBase is the only UK swim school platform with built-in private pool hire management. Customers browse live availability on a public calendar and create an account to book — all alongside your swim lessons in one system. Payments are handled via Stripe.
